Continuing with his steady stream of dope releases, ChiefDVB reups with another banger. "Trailblazerz" touts a contagious chorus ripe with skateboarding references in the great American city of Las Vegas. One would reckon that if you have what it takes to hit four wheels in the thick of a Las Vegas summer, then your qualified to speak game.
Board flips and staircases aren’t the only skills here, as Trade Voorhees' lush, bass-driven synths are enough to put the entire Southwest on notice. "Trailblazerz" has it all; word play, low and high end, a dope mix, and a fire feature. There is no drop off between ChiefDVB and mainstay ?aquez, if anything, he pushes the last leg toward victory. From his first rhyme, where he sees "Satan on both shoulders," his words continue to place images into your mental.
ChiefDVB flexes his muscle and proves his hook mastery with "been eating concrete since a kid like Ramen."
